ACADEMIC

As an architect with an avid interest in learning and exploring, she has enjoyed being in the field of academics for more than five years now. After completing her Under Graduation from University school of Design, Mysuru, she joined Wilson associates, an interior design MNC at Info park Cochin and got to work with the outsourced design team on drawings of projects such as Marriott, Sheraton, ITC and Four Seasons etc. During this time, she also did free lancing and worked on a few interior design projects. Working at Wilsons was an important experience after which she grew interested in the execution of construction projects. She thus enrolled for Master’s in Building Engineering and Management at SPA Delhi with a GATE scholarship. During the course she got to intern at Synergy and Asten Builders where she was exposed to construction management. She then worked as Assistant Professor at Wadiyar Centre for Architecture Mysuru for a period of 5 years, where her skills and knowledge were honed as an academician. She has taught a considerable range of subjects and believes that any aspect of architecture cannot be learnt in isolation. There is always something to learn from and that which can be applied to our chosen field. Apart from architecture, she loves painting with acrylics and water colours, writing poems and articles. Making comic strips, reading, and watching good movies are her favourite ways to spend leisure time. She has moved to settle in Cochin in August 2022. Seed being one of the best architecture colleges in Kerala provides the platform to work with like minded people who are enthusiastic to grow and impart direction to aspiring young architects.
