As part of the studio curriculum, a study trip to Vietnam was conducted from 1st to 8th November 2024. Here, students observed active water edges in the rural setting of Cai Be, peri-urban Can Tho, and urban Ho Chi Minh City. The trip included guided tours of housing projects by anthropologist Mr. Heiu from Architecture Excursions. Ar. Marco Buinhas, EnCity and Dr Vu Viet Anh, University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Planning Architecture, also delivered lectures as part of this trip.
